William Shatner’s STAR TREK Documentary THE CAPTAINS

William Shatner has taken it upon himself to create a documentary about Star Trek, specifically focusing on the many captains that have spearheaded the series over the years. In The Captains, Shatner sits down for interviews with head honchos Patrick Stewart (The Next Generation), Kate Mulgrew (Voyager), Scott Bakula (Enterprise), Avery Brooks (Deep Space Nine) and Chris Pine, who took on the role of Captain Kirk in J.J. Boldly Go: Star Trek Comes To Netflix Instant Watch

Big, big news on the Netflix front today, folks. Netflix has scored a fairly major coup by adding every episode of every Star Trek series (except Deep Space Nine) to its streaming catalogue. That's right, every episode of TOS, every episode of The Next Generation. Every episode of, err, Voyager and Enterprise. But let's not hold those last two against them.

'Transformers: Dark Of The Moon': Behind The 'Star Trek' Nods

Sometimes Easter Eggs in movies — an intentional in-joke, reference or hidden message — are hard to spot, very blink-and-you-miss-it, and thus require repeat viewings to pick up on. Star Trek fans to recreate William Shatner's epic cry of 'Khaaaaaaaaan's

IT'S one of the most memorable scenes in geekdom, and now Star Trek fans can recreate William Shatner's iconic cry of "Khaaaaaaaaan" in a worldwide record-setting event.

Before the climactic battle of 1982 film Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Captain James T. Kirk (Shatner) screams out in rage at his arch nemesis, the genetically engineered super villain Khan (Ricardo Montalbahn). His cry of "Khaaaaaaaaan" has become a familiar meme, referenced and parodied in numerous other pop culture properties.

Now everyday fans can get in on the action. The Long Khan event, by online video provider EPIX, is inviting fans to video themselves making the immortal cry, and upload it to the Long Khan website.

The videos will be edited together to make the longest "Khaaaaaaaaan" cry in history.
